Complaint to compliment

I mislaid my contract and could not get my credentials resolved with to update my insurance. I decided to make a noise about it on Facebook and Dinky picked up the threat within an hour all was sorted out and I now have a new insurance contract for the vehicle I purchased. Thank you very much.
