I have a credit card with Absa and Ive been using it without any problems recently Ive been receiving sms's saying I must submit my FICA documents. I went to fetch the card in Eastgate branch last year and I gave them all the documents that was required. Why am I still getting these sms's. Just now I got another sms that my card will be deactivated tonight pending the receipts of FICA document. Someone is not doing his/her job there I need an explanation. Does this number ever work 0861462273 Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes???
