An agent called me to see if i quality for a sell phone contract we then went through the application of which she checked however after she placed me on hold she just told me that i was declined without any reason and dropped the call i feel because there is allot of happening anything can is possible because i gave her my ID number... can you please train your agents to be professional and can i please get the full reason was i was declined!
