Wrong Debit

I have a problem here, i opened an account
with you 3 weeks back. The consultant told
me that you will start debiting from the 15/09/2013 and its in black and white. Now thing are
changing, i got an sms saying that i must have
sufficient fund on the 15/08/2013 and that
was not my agreement with them.
