Natis Document not received for 1 and half years

Hi Peter,

I am sadden by the fact that i have sent numorous emails to MFC to get a Natis Document delivered to my family. My father past away just over a year ago and i have still not received the Natis document after supply all the relevant documentation as a Executor to them. Up untill today nothing has been delivered. This is really bad service after they say we should only ask once... What a line to have with no input at all.
