I remember putting in a complaint about MFC not sending NATIS documents before in 2011. Amazing that they still haven't fixed it.
Reading some of the other complaints on here, I suppose I am lucky. I have only been waiting 14 days (they promised to send the docs in 5 days).
The problem is that I've put in leave for a day, and made arrangement affecting multiple other people, to be available to sort out the car registration. Which also happens to coincide with when I had renew my registration.
Now all my arrangements have fallen through because somebody at MFC is not doing their job.
Yeah sure, MFC offers competitive interest rates - but at the cost of what?
I've been holding on for 30 minutes now to try and just 'speak' to someone at the NATIS deparment.
