I have been having endless problems with an insurance claim through altech Autopage. I have been battling for about 2 months to try and sort this out. It took Aswad 1 day to resolve this. I called him and explained the situation, and he was friendly and understanding and explained everything in detail to me. He was really helpful and sorted my case out straight away. He followed up via email on everything. He was completely hands on! Give this man a raise or a promotion or something. He knows what he's doing and he has a passion for customer care!
