Very poor customer support and service delivery

My back windscreen in my polo vivo was shattered while my car was parked. I did a claim yesterday with pg autoglass and they submitted to indiwe risk services awaiting authorisation. Today I call to see why the claim was not processed as yet. I was put through to many different people. I called five times, twice they put me through to a dead line. Still no one was able to help me. Finally someone said the lady that handles my type of query was very busy, so she took my cell and said they will contact me. I am still waiting. This is very frustrating as I pay an exorbitant amount for insurance and this is my first claim in a year and a half of taking out this policy. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a service we pay for and has rendered me without a car and still no indication as to when it will be sorted out.
