After 3 weeks of logging my claim I am still awaiting a decision, i have spoken to Indwe Customer service on Wednesday who was waiting for a report from Ronald Pillay (CENSEO), the consulant told me that Ronald would contact me which never happened. All my appliances were removed from my house on Wednesday by appliance clinic. I do not know what is the hold up, and would appreciate feedback with regards to the claim.
