FNB CLOSES MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION!!!

I visited FNB Pinecrest enquiries on 08/08/2013 and asked them if they can help me switch my debit orders from our Platinum account to my Gold Cheque Account. The lady logged on to my account then she gave me a switching form to complete and email. She never mentioned that my account will be closed on the 11th Aug. Same day i got my details changed with payrol and instead of faxing the form i phoned the companies to change my banking details as it was already the 8th i didn't want to rely on the form. Today i realised that my account is no longer accessible via cellphone banking so i visited the Pinecrest FNB and was advised my account was closed on the 11th August. I was so angry, when i asked why i wasn't informed on the 8th he could not tell me. Instead he told me it can be reactivated but i need to pay the R400 overdrawn first i told him i won't do that coz i was never informed, my salary on the 25th August can cover that. With my Fluid account i was sent a letter and sms telling me i need to deposit for my account to remain open and i made a deposit last week, if i had been notified for my cheque account i would have done the same. If this is not fixed asap I am moving to STD!
