Waiting for my Cheque Card for eight months now

In December 2012, my wallet got in the Gateway Shopping Centre.
On December 19, 2012, I went to the Standard Bank branch in Gateway and ordered a new card for account 012550795.
A R70 replacement fee was debited from account 012550795 (on December 19).
I waited for months without receiving the card, using my temporary card.
In July I went to Standard Bank Menlyn to enquire about it.
I first spoke to a consultant, who took me to a telephone and made me phone some division.
After I eventually got to speak to a person on the phone, the person told me it was the wrong division and gave me another phone number.
I phoned the new number - and it was not working.
I went to stand in the queue at Enquiries.
When I eventually got to the front, the person took me to the telephone (once again!) and made me phone the first number I phoned.
I left then, because I had no more time to waste.
PLEASE SEND ME MY CHEQUE CARD FOR ACCOUNT 012550795. You debited R70 off that account and I have received nothing.
