ATM OUT OF SERVICE-FNB unaware and dont care

On the 25/07/2013 i went to see the doctor in kuilsriver at 18:00 after consultation i had to pay the doctor i then went to the atm outside and the fnb atm was out of service with an orange triangle. I was forced to use an std bank atm and as a result of this i fnb has now charged r12.50 sawitch fees.

yesterday 13/08/2013 i went on the fnb online and wrote about this and was given ref:93058400 and this morning i received a call from Mr Shaun Pretorius who told me he is calling from FNB SELF-SERVICE.Mr Pretorius told me that acc to his records the fnb atm was working had no problem (so implying i am lying). Secomndly he told me that it could be that the machine lost comms and so therefore they camnt see it i then aske him so you are telling me if the machine loses comms for 4 hours customers will be inconvineced and fnb will not be aware. He asked me whether i will stay outside a machine for 4 hours i told himn that is not the point the point is that an atm will be out of service and fnb wont be aware of it based on your explanation. This Mr Pretorius is a very rude man who doesnt know how to deal with clients. I am currenty regretting y i have switched to fnb right now.why sould i pay
