If you are not sure what I need... DOUBLE CHECK!!!

I tried changing my speedpoint banking times, simply needed them all to bank at the same time (12-at night). I ended up not having a banking at all! When i tried following this up I was told that I requested a non banking service and wanted to manually bank my own terminals at midnight!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Speedpoints are a vital elliment to this business seeing that i am running a 24hr garage. Mistakes like these are unacceptable. REF: 413 7076 & 413 7102
