A week ago i lodged a complaint about my account being suspended after opening a new account and tried to registered for cellphone banking.
i was contacted by one of Standard Banks consultants, and he assisted me, however there was a technical error when i tried to log on my phone on their side and he confirmed that,
He said that i should contact him if its unable to work, i called and emailed him with no luck.
I am still sitting with the same problem from last week.
extremely disappointed in the service, as no one is able to fix the problem
