Pls dont act interested in Hello Peter Complaint

On the 8th of August 2013 i posted a Complaint regarding FNB and that they had not responded to a query I lodged 23 July. Yes, 23 July people!!! Tracey Sonickson responded to the Hello Peter just to fob me off really as still I have heard NOTHING. DO NOT PHONE ME I WANT EVERYTHING IN WRITING AS THIS IS A BANK I DO NOT TRUST
