Action after posting on Hello Pete

Insurance Zone Administrators ignored my complaint for 4 months BUT when I posted it on Hello Peter within 2 days it was completed.

A BIG THANK YOU TO HELLO PETER WEBSITE. GREAT HELP TO ME.

The company (IZA) may not have responded on Hello Peter but they sure responded to me personally by organising the work to be done.
