Account arrangment

I have called African Bank Call Center to make an alternative arrangement on my loan payment. I told the consultant that my new employer will only be able to pay me on the 26th as there have been delay in processing my doc. As per their website, it states "f you are unable to pay your instalment in full and on time please contact African Bank's Call Centre as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you do this some of the negative consequences set out below can be avoided." I have followed this. But the Consultant disputed this, saying it is imposibble. HE SAID I CANNOT MAKE ANY ALTERNATIVE!!! WHY DO YOU PUT MISLEADING INFORMATION TO YOUR WEBSITE AFRICAN BANK!!!

So meaning the information that is appearing on thier website is misleading their custumers! I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he will transfer me, but he put me on hold for more than 20mins, knowing that i will eventually run out of units...

NOW THIS IS WHAT I CALL A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!
