NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGER

On Christmas evening at 22:17 we stopped for petrol at the Engen garage in Meadowlands, United Motors.
Zamile assisted us & we left after I paid with my card. As we drove off I checked my receipt & the sms I received from my bank and noticed that Zamile swiped R 2000 instead of R200.
We turned back & to my shock I found a few of the petrol attendants including Zamile, sitting & drinking & he was already drunk he could not even speak clearly. The lady assisting him did a reversal for R1600 when I asked her why she told me she thought she did a reversal for R1800 & then did another reversal for R200. These reversals will incur unnecesssry bank charges which I will have to pay.
I refused to sign the reversal receipts as I was unsure if it was done correctly.
The lady assisting was rude & very uncooperative that's when I asked for the manager.
They were reluctant to give me her number but with much persistence they gave it to me. Due to their drunken state they gave me the incorrect number.
What further upset me is that they did not even have the decency to report this to Annah, the manager. Their drunkeness on the job, rudeness and dishonesty

To date still no feedback from Annah
