I've being waiting 3 weeks for One account application. I recently moved from another institution to FNB but not getting any service. Premier banking waiting on One Account Dept. No idea why this is taking so long. No feedback except that the One account dept is 'working' on it. Escalated but still no progress. Does FNB want to retain my business? Should I take my business elsewhere? Other institution has already given me feedback a while back!
