I reported a transaction on my account, on the same day the transaction was passed, and followed all steps. I received a call from their department stating it will be sorted in 2 weeks...
followed up a month later and guess what no one responded...
its now been another 2 weeks and... no one... the transaction is still on my account...
worst servoce ever...
where to from here... maybe the ombudsman and their financial board.
