In Feb 2013 I received a call from Jeremiah from RCS Game Stores informing me that there was a transaction on my account. I have send an affi davit stating that I did not buy the goods on my account. After many calls I was promised that this transaction will be reversed and my account will be rectified. After 2 months of waiting I found out that another transaction was made on my account. Again after many calls I can not get a hold of Jeremiah, who apparently is the only person who will be able to assist me. After all of this I keep on getting calls that my account is in arrears after my debit order was cancelled by RCS Game stores until this was rectified. All I want is something in writing on what exactly happened, a detailed statement and for this transactions to be reversed so that I can settle my account and close it.
