HOW CAN YOU HELP

Hi I am currently in arrears with my account for an amount of R1700.00 because there is no money that is going through this account. I called just called and asked that the account be closed as i am struggling financially. I told them that they should not allow for any debits to go through this account and they tell me that it is not possible as i have to make the full payment first. I cannot be able to even pay for those charges and yet they will keep allowing debit to go through. I want my account closed and i want to pay monthly. I do not want to be charged for an account that i am not using.

PLEASE JUST CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AS I DO NOT HAVE MONEY CURRENTLY. I WILL HAVE TO COME AND PAY YOU DIRECTLY SO THAT THE ACCOUNT CAN BE CLOSED.
