ESCALATING QUERY TURN AROUND TIME 8 - 1000000 DAYS

I applied for an Iphone 5 late December and was contacted very promptly by a consultant on 28 Dec whom discussed the T & C with me and said the courier company will contact me regarding the delivery after 7 Jan '13
15 Jan I phoned FNB regarding the phone and was told that the instruction was @ the courier already, he then gave me an incorrect no to phone. I had to phone them again for the correct no only to find that there is no instr from FNB. The courier said it may take a day or so for the instruc to reach them. So I wait. 16 Jan nothing! 17 Jan I phone FNB again only to be told that there is nothing wrong with the application and they will escalate the query turn around time 24hr-48hrs. Ref RK13011723767. Monday 21 Jan I phoned again only to find there is no query logged, I have to log another one...!!! 22 Jan I phoned and was told that there are busy with it, they will come back to me. 23 Jan I phoned and was told that FNB must first discuss the contract with my before the application can be approved. WHAT! it has been approved 28 DEC 2012 already. The consult told me to phon the sales dept, the same dept I spoke to for the whole of last week. PLSE is there any 1 that can help
