New contract appl-terrible service and no feedback

23rd december. i contacted 084145 cellc direct to order apple Iphone 4S for R259/month. after 30 mins on the ph we completed the initial application. I was told by Lebogang Magare at sales that it would be 7-10 days for me to get the phone. I phoned the call centre numerous times after the 27th December to follow up on the application and on the 3rd after I phoned the call centre yet again after no feedback again, was told that they were waiting for documentation... a payslip, 3 months bank statements and ID copy. The only thing is that Lebogang never asked me for any documentation, I only found out per chance when I followed up with the call centre. I sent all of this as requested to Lebogang.the same day.after confirming with the call centre that they received the documentation -which they confirmed. On 7th January I phoned the call centre again and was told that the application had been approved and that the phone needed to be dispatched and sent to the courier for delivery. Lebogang phoned me and told me that the phone would be delivered in the next 2 days. Today i phd call centre again and was told the contract has been cancelled becoz of eol!!! without notifying me.terrible servi
