First National Bank
No feedback on One Account application

I applied for the One account more than 2 weeks ago and so far have not received and constructive progress feedback. I have contacted the banking suite several times as well as the Homeloans sales team how are not responding to my e-mails. - Vishal Binessaree nor a Glenda Reddy. Their initial responses where that my application was with the credit dept without no initiative to find out and advise me why it is taking so long. I phoned the banking suite again today and was promised that someone would send me an e-mail with detailed feedback. This has not happened and I am fed up. I am considering cancelling all my accounts with FNB as I am very disappointed in the service... or lack thereof!!!
