Recently took up a tablet offer and FNB decides whenever they want to deduct the money from my account. My account have no dipped below the minimum required for a certain product and I will now be penalized because of this, which was never communicated to me. I could have easily transferred money from my other account to make sure that it stayed at the mimimum, but once again, I prove that the systems in this financial institution is useless. No check, no balances. They just do what they want, whenever they want. This is the 5th time in a row, that I've had problems with this useless bank. DO NOT GET A FNB Platinum account. The premier banking division is absolutely useless when it comes to personal banking and sending communication to their clients. They just don't care.
