OUTSURANCE ARE A DISGRACE!!! Cannot get my email address correct on their system - I have changed and updated it 9 times! They are still getting it wrong. Now dealing with Customer service to get my claim paid and it is being dodged daily, being passed from one person to the next - a different excuse every time. Absolutely shocking service - can't return a phone call, can't respond to emails, don't follow through with promises - have no customer relations at all.
This has been going on since 18 July! Enough is enough!
