On the 28/05/13 I sent through a Cardholder Transaction Dispute request to the Dispute Department for an unauthorised purchase on my credit card. I received an answer on the 4th of June telling me that they would have to cancel my card and block it requesting my permission, I replied and said they could go ahead, I was replied to as to which branch I wanted the replacement card to be sent to, I replied Empangeni Branch. After several call to Mr Gregory Scheepers, this matter is still not resolved, it is now longer than 3 months, in a result of the collections department calling me up to 10 times a day asking for payment on the card, until the matter as been resolved and the amount that was taken from my card without my permission is paid back I will only then make the minium amount required. This is unexceptable and very bad service, not even a call to keep me up dated as to what is happening, it is really frustrating as the collections department give me no rest, yet it was not my error.
