Good day, im posting this on behalf of my mother, she faxed her new banking details almost two weeks ago, no comfirmation was received, she phoned countless times to sort this out, the ref number is 19241434x0, this is a policy mybdeceased father left my mother and sanlam stopped paying into her account without any comsent from my mother, this is utterly unexceptable and she and myself is very disgruntled by this!! Phone her on this cell number 0793923336 (mrs de beer) or phone me on 0833063361 to sort this out, as the right channels was followed and no response was received! Its UNACCEPTABLE!
