I called OUTsurance to review my annual increase and update my cover. The staff that i spoke too where friendly and effdicient, as if i was talking to an account manager of my account. Johann was fully aware of all the details on my policy and also provided me with information i was not aware of to help me decide on the best posible options for me. He was polite and friendly and also very professional.
I would rate OUTsurance's service as excellent every time.
