Terrible Service

Once Again I have received terrible service from FNB Randburg!!!
There is never a person that can assist you!!!
I have been transfered from one person to the next and then left on hold for about 10mins. There was no one that could answer the phone for 10 mins.
FNB slogan is "How can we help you"... it would be to increase to customer services.
I have a Business Manager, who still cannot assist me with anything issues that I have.
I am so disappointed.
Seems like the more customers you guys have worst your service is.
