My name is Chimorne Ferguson. My husband and I have been loyal customers of cell c for the past 6 years (if not more). We both have (or had) blackberry 9360 cellphones. Our phones went for repairs for a couple of times before. There is something wrong with the charging blocks. It is now at the point where it can't be repaired anymore. I have spoken most probably to the whole customer service team at Cell c wanting to know how we can assisted seeing that we are long term customers with them. Everytime I have been put through to a different department and a different person and no one can assist me. Everytime I must hear a different story. At the moment we pay R199 per phone per month on top up 100 (but we don't get 100 smses???) and cell c has a deal for a blackberry 9720 for the same price and same contract. I asked if it is possible that we can not get those phones and not take out another contract (s)... I understand if your contract is not finished you can't get an early upgrade, but because we have been loyalingly paying our cellphone bills every month... why can't cell c assist us when we need assistance.
