Incompetent Consultants

My problems started when i upgraded my FNB cheque account in July 2013. I have stoped earing eBucks sine June 2013 and also dont do not qualify for discounts any longer.
When speaking consaltant (1-54707661) they tell me that i do meet the criteria and can not understand why im not earning or qualifying for discounts and will escalate the matter and get back to me, which never happened. I then called back and spoke to Ismail Mohammed (1-54769929) who repeated the same message, and said will escalate and get back to me in 48hrs. I Call back a week later and ask to speak to the manager which the consultant was hesitant to put me throuh, Kungeka (Manager) tells me she will now handle this matter (Ref:1-54925578) i later hear she is a normal consultant
I lodge a complait via FNB PREMIER SUITE who spoke to Nishen (1-54872218) who says matter will be resolved in 48hours. No response. Spoke to a manger a last time and get Sarah (Ref:1-54973858) who says she will look into the matter and get back to me in 48hrs which she does, only to tell me there is a problem which they are working on. I have yet to here back fron here. Its a month and no resolution.
eBucks STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT. SCRAP EBUCKS
