I logged a query to have my Policy cancelled with Innovation group and I payed in the amount that was outstanding in full and sent the proof of payment to them as well as I was instructed. As they bank with the same institution as me they would have received the amount same day. I waited and Waited to get the confirmation that they policy has been cancelled and my account will No longer be debited and Nothing happened.

Not only have I called them 3 Times to try and get the confirmation but on all times I was told they would call me back to confirm that all has been processed and still today nothing has happened and this is for a payment that took place on the 2nd of August 2013.

I am really irritated now because the next thing my account will be debited with some claim that the payment was not received or some story along those lines.

I find it very appalling that when you take out a policy you get full attention but when you want to cancel all of a sudden you get the run around.

There will be serious issues if my account ends up debited at the end of the month.
