I WAS HOSPITALISED FOR THREE NIGHTS FROM 12/06/2013 TO 15/06/2013.

THE CLAIM FORMS HAD TO BE SUBMITTED THRICE.

I WAS FINALLY PAID ON THE 31/07/2013 PARTLY & HAVE BEEN PROMISED THE BALANCE KNOWS WHEN???
THIS IS STANDARD BANK HOSPITAL POLICY - TEN YEARS

MY PREMIUMS WHERE NEVER NOT ONCE UNPAID

IN CONCLUSION THE COMPANY & IT'S STAFF ARE TOTALLY ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONAL

THEY WOULD NOT BEHAVE IN THE UK & USA IN THIS PETTIC Manner I HOPE SENIOR MANAGERS THAT HIDE BEHIND CALL CENTRE AGENTS WAKE UP & CHANGE THE IMAGE OF THIS INTERNATIONAL BRAND
