Making a foreign nationals life absolute misery

From Forex forgotten and lost payments to 3 hours to create an account FNB's standards and practices have made it almost impossible to work with.
The last straw is refusal to release signed documentation declaring me as a foreign national to aid in securing a loan. The biggest issue? - I have been confidently told by staff members that it's not an issue if I leave FNB. Guess they have too much business to contend with - good bye and good riddance - not even going to bother to pick up the replacement card.
