I am very upset over how incompetent Clientelle Legal consultants are... a sales consultant called me over 4 months ago and was happy that i agreed to take up the policy and promised me that the policy docs would be received by me within 2 weeks after my 1st premium has been deducted and that i will get a membership card too... unfortunately none of that was received and every month since 20 July 2013, debit orders have been deducted for R170. i would like to cancell this policy and get my money paid back into my account as this is serious breach of contract. i have no confidence in CLIENTELE LEGAL anymore...
