I received feedback from Lindiswa Beya-Nakani (complaint management) that Capitec Bank has returned the funds to SASSA account on 10/10/13.
Spoke to SASSA: they require proof that the funds was returned. According to them the funds was not received.
This realy needs to be sorted now.
Can you contact me. I would like a copy of the transfer that was done to SASSA. I want to forward it to them.
