Going to war with Outsurance

I had my car assessed and they promised that I will be contacted regarding the results of assessment, this did not happen, I then contacted them (asking to speak to my claim adviser, whom I had never spoken to since registered claim), frustratingly, I kept on being put through to their massage center. Until I requested to speak to the manager in the massage center, who took the matter to the legal department, the legal department called, i was unavailable at that time, i called the number that was left on my voicemail, they kept taking me to that useless massage center, with people who are not afraid to tel you that there's nothing they can do.

I called again to speak with Shelley or Sheldon, but he did not hesitate to speak with great arrogance, that with fear of being rude, i hanged up my phone.

I appreciated when I was called to be advised about the process, (after wanting to take the matter external from outsurance)
6 weeks from the 15th is the 26 of November. I am never contacting outsurance again. I should have allowed my insurance to deal with the matter because they are more responsive and efficient.
