I received the following msg from HRS attorneys.
" Sir / Madam kindly note that your Nedbank acc has been handed over for collection. Contact our offices on (012 3254185/9) and quote NHLR0737.
Nedbank is making a habit of my identity and linking it to other peoples Bond accounts. The same thing happened 3 years ago and it went so far as to me being black listed and a summons was issued to appear in court. the same is happening now, my name and ID being linked with some R. Scheepers bond account. I never in my life had any bond account with Nedbank.
Even with all the trouble i went through the first time i was never offered any compensation for the trouble i had to go through to get this sorted out and my name removed from ITS. In the end my name was removed only to find out that about 14 months ago my name appeared on ITC again for the same mistake caused by Nedbank. All this seems to be starting all over again.
I spoke to Elzet from HRS att after i was struggling the whole day to get connected to the correct person. She made some calls and confirmed that i am not the correct person but still Nedbank link my name and ID to this Bond Acc belonging to some R. Scheepers.
