No customer service skills

I applied for a loan last week with sure finance. If we can't help you, no one can! My foot! I specifically told Derrick I spoke to over the phone how cautious I am about taking out a loan with your company because I've heard a lot of complaints from people regarding your company. He assured me that your company assist people with bad records as long they're very honest, there'll be a good chance they'll qualify. I was very honest about my record and said I've got a judgement against my name. He asked me how much I want and I said only R5000. He asked if I didnt want more and I said no because I only want a small loan to pay off some of my debts. We did an application and I assumed based on what he said where I could qualify for more, I'll at least qualify for R5000. Needless to say I qualified for NOTHING! I received only an sms not even a phone call. I called this morning and the lady who dealt with my application (Dandilee) was very rude. Her tone of voice just put me off. She's not helpful at all. She did not even ask my name! Just said I wrote in the sms the reason why you were declined and she said it with an attitude! BAD SERVICE! Because an sms is very impersonal
