A Simple Request

Hello

On 3 Aug I wrote to ibsupport with the request that after an emailed statement has been opened (with card number and password) then we should have the option to turn off the security requirements for that statement.

As is often the case nowadays, I received a reply this time from Ephraim Msimango, saying " I require more information" which is of course just another way of saying "get lost".

Is there somebody at Standard Bank with the ability to understand what I am asking?
