Bad service and giving me a bad name

Vericred sends me an sms to contact them regarding a handed over account by Ampath *Suninghill hospital*, when i call them back to find out what the account is about first they cannot find the referrence number on their system. They promised to call me back a week later i had to call them back and another agent couldnt pick up the ref number so i gave her my ID number still she couldnt pick it up. Finally someone calls me yesterday 19/07/2013 regarding this account only then does she confirm the account details and the owed amount of R217.00. Due to poor customer service this has caused a delay in my making the payment, this has a negative impact on my financial scoring yet we have incompetent companies dealing with such?? i asked them forward me the stament so i can have their banking details as well this hasnt been sent to me and i am unable to make payment. Ampath couldnt help me either because they failed to give me a call advising of the shortfall last year already, they claim the posted the account to me when i never received it or responed to the letters why wasnt i called, as i have more than one way they can contact me on the forms you fill accepting liability.
