Still waiting for feedback from Michael

I applied for credit card at Midrand and i was assistant by Michael, he has good customer service but the only thing am still waiting for a respond from him as to whether the money is loaded or not cause he promised to call me back but he never did, can anyone check for me and get back to me as soon as possible or else i will return this card.
