The CEO Michael Smit does not respond to his customers. After countless messages left at almost the whole staff at the call centre I'm still waiting. Its been 3 weeks now. The staff is useless. I've been struggling 4 months now to get my reimbursement. I would highly recommend no one to join this 'medical group'. Even the CEO does not respond to the people that pays his salary. The worst staff and CEO ever! Michael Smit, I'm waiting for your call. Clearly you do not give a darn about your customers...
