I have applied for a loan at african bank on the (14-08-13), and the person that was assisting me was Michael. He took all the required docs. He called me the following day that i must send him a clear copy of my ID, of which i did via email.
on the 17-08-13, i still did not get any kind of feedback with him. I call him around 12 to ask for feedback... He raised his voice to me... telling me that who do i think i am if i asked him that why he did not call me and advise me accordingly... he told me that i am demanding service, worse case he hang up on me without resolving my query...
is this the kind of service one will get in future with African Banks... please assists. Thanks
