There is now over ZAR 6000, - in transactioning on my cheque card.
I have sent 4 emails that nobody answers.
I have called 5 times and keep getting moved from person to person!!
I'm NOT in SA at present so can not be reached by phone, however after incurring more than ZAR 250 in phone bills calling FNB from abroad I have no help and FNB has zero interest in assisting me with the of funds from my account.
WHEN DOES FNB PLAN TO HELP ME???
