We have a credit protection plan and the monthly installments have been deducted. We needed to claim as my husband fell ill and the cover pays out for loss of income due to illness. We have to date not received any payout but they are still deducting the premiums from my account. Lack of communication and customer service has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Some sort of response is URGENTLY REQUIRED!!!
