One plan has been deducting monthly premiums from my aged mother's bank account, yet whenever hospitilisation is required, the service is suddenly suspended.
We cancelled this pathetic insurance plan beginning of July, and I even received confirmation of cancellation in writing. Lo and behold - a further double payment was deducted again today.
We last actively used this insurance in March 2013, of which some of the hospital and laboratory bills remains unpaid.
I desperately need these payments to be reversed, and the money deposited back into my mom's account.
I would also appreciate a competent representative to contact my mom and discuss possible solutions to this problem with her asap.
