WEDNESDAY, 06.02.2013 AT 13H50 I LOGGED A CLAIM WITH AUTO AND GENERAL, AN AGENT BY THE NAME OF THABELLO TOOK THE CALL. I GAVE ALL THE RELEVANT DETAILS AND ON COMPLETION OF THE CALL WAS ADVISED THAT THE EXCESS WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REIMBURSEMENT. I HAVE NO FAULT WITH THAT WAS TOLD PAYMENT VIA EFT WOULD BE WITHIN 48 HOURS. ON MONDAY 11.02.2013 AT APPROX 08H30 I CALLED AND SPOKE TO DARREN TO ENQUIRE ABOUT PAYOUT, I WAS TOLD WILL CALL BACK WILL JUST FIND OUT WHY PAYOUT HAS NOT HAPPENED. QUESS WHAT, NO CALL. YESTEDAY AT 16H30 I CALLED AGAIN, THABELLO WILL CALL BACK BEFORE 5 WITH REASON WHY NO PAYOUT. WELL MY TIME ZONE AND HIS MUST LEFT THE PLANET EARTH BECAUSE STILL NO REPLY AND ITS ALMOST 5 OCLOCK AGAIN. I CALLED THIS MORNING TO BE TOLD THE LADY THAT WORKS WITH PAYOUT LEFT EARLY. SO NOW HER PROBLEM BECOMES MINE. YESTERDAY AN AGENT CALLED AND WANTED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO COLLECT FRIDGE, WHY, THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH MY FRIDGE. THIS MORNING WAS TOLD THEY COMING TO COLLECT THE TV WHICH WAS DAMAGED BUT HEAVENS GOT RID OF THAT THE SMELL WAS KILLING US. NOW DO WE JUST TAKE IT AS READ, PAY YOUR MONTHLY PREMIUMS THANK YOU I WANT MY SALARY AND PLEASE DO NOT LODGE A CLAIM NOT HAPPENING
